Random Chibi

I was in the mood to drew some chibi freak. X"D
This character is just random, but I'm thinking about using his design for some my OC. (I have some no-chibi sketch of him. X"D Chibi can't be considered as draft of design)
Ohohooo.. I'm not so good in digital painting, but I wanted to use my dear tablet after a long time.

Tools: sketched by hand, linearted and colored in Open Canvas (Paint tool SAi betray meeee!)
